To find a way to structure and support our engagement with local schools

Developing correct perception of engineering. Providing contacts for on going relations.
Do you have any tips for other employers with regards to working with education?
Do not wait for the schools to contact you, be pro active. Structure offers that they can take up. Work with other organisations that can help with delivery such as SmallPeice
